In these online classes we will come together to:
1. Identify what brings you Gratitude.
2. Go through each item listed and ask questions: How can I create more of this for myself? What space, place and intentions do I need to set in order to experience more?
3. We will identify what gets in the way of experiencing Gratitude? What barriers do you create for yourself that stops experiencing Gratitude?
4. For each item listed, we will identify 2-3 commitments you are willing to make; creating more opportunities for feeling Gratitude.
**Each session will include learning opportunity along with an activity to emphasize the learning
